Beliefs

We celebrate these common beliefs when we assemble together. If you share any of these beliefs with us, we encourage you to come and celebrate our unity in them!:

The bible is God's revealed message to mankind. Through the bible God teaches us what we ought to be.
The bible is an inspired historical record of how God accomplished man's salvation through his son, Jesus. Through Jesus we are taught how to be God's children. God loves his children!
The Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are deity.
We have an individual responsibility to devote ourselves to God and to spread his message. We will be held accountable to God and God alone.
God desires that we live and worship with both spirit and truth. God wants neither insincere nor irreverent service.
God is perfectly righteous, and we all fall short of that perfection. Only through Christ can we be made pure!
Baptism is what joins us to Christ. By submerging and re-emerging, we're unified with Christ's death and resurrection. This represents our own death to sin and new birth as God's child.
Each believer has an active part in the church! The church is described as a body, where each part is useful, valued, and cared for. Come and see where you fit!
